What to Expect on Your First Visit
Every health system is different and we know navigating healthcare can be hard. We pride ourselves on providing individualized, patient-centered care and want you to know what to expect on your first visit to help put your mind at ease.
As a new patient, we will collect your health history and discuss your current injury and symptoms. We may ask you to repeat some information, even simple things like your name and birth date, so we know we have everything correct in our system. We will assess your condition and may order tests such as X-rays, MRIs, CT scans or others to make an accurate diagnosis. We then discuss potential treatments and plan follow-up visits and steps appropriate for your needs.
