Contact for Media Inquiries
Our commitment to prompt, professional communication with the media
Our goal is to work cooperatively with members of the media, providing accurate and timely responses to your inquiries.
The safety and privacy of our patients and their personal health information is paramount. Under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), the full name of the patient is required for all patient information requests. Please note
that the information we may release is limited.
All requests for media interviews, onsite filming or photography must be coordinated through the Public Information Officer (PIO). While on Skagit Regional Health’s property, media representatives must be escorted by the PIO or a member of the Marketing department at all times. Due to security and patient privacy concerns, unannounced visits to our facilities by members of the media are not permitted.
We look forward to working with you. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
