Welcome to the Family Medicine Residency Program

Hello from beautiful Skagit County! We are located in the city of Mount Vernon- about 90 minutes north of Seattle, and 30 minutes south of Bellingham in northwest WA State.  We have a wonderful community-based FM training program which started out as an AOA - accredited osteopathic program in 2012 when we welcomed our first residents. Our first residents graduated in 2014, and we couldn’t be more excited about all of our grads who’ve stayed in this area to care for our community!

We have enthusiastic faculty and residents who are excited to teach and learn alongside each other and our medical students and other learners. We are constantly trying to find ways to make our program better, and are looking for new people who want to be a part of this journey.
