Highlights:

Join an experienced and collegial group of 3 physicians and 2 PAs, along with a full complement of clinical support staff.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in a thriving group with a robust surgical practice with the option of utilizing our da Vinci Xi Robot and have designated, blocked OR time at Skagit Valley Hospital, located conveniently adjacent to the clinic.
Shared call of 1:4 with rotating weekends.
This is a full-time position with a 32-hour patient contact hour work expectation.
Encounter a diverse spectrum of Urological conditions.
Our Urology practice has the support of a thriving referral network from our in-house primary care providers, ensuring a substantial patient volume from day one.
Integrated EPIC EMR platform utilized system-wide throughout the organization with newly implemented ambient AI technology (Abridge) available!

Qualifications:

Graduate from an ACGME accredited residency program.
Must be Board Eligible/Board Certified in Urology.
Active Washington State license or ability to obtain a Washington State license before start.
Must have active BLS certification before starting or within first week of employment.

Compensation and Benefits:

First year salary guarantee: $565,381
