In 2026, Skagit Regional Health will break ground on a new medical office building in Arlington, located next to Cascade Valley Hospital. The facility will be home to Urgent Care, Primary Care, X-ray and lab services to serve the growing needs of north Snohomish County.
Other recent investments in clinical facilities have expanded access to care for our community.
These include:
Skagit Regional Health - Mount Vernon Surgery Center opened in December 2023. This 60,000-square-foot outpatient surgery center and medical office building is located on the Skagit Valley Hospital campus in Mount Vernon.
Skagit Regional Health - Station Square opened in January 2023. Located in downtown Mount Vernon this 30,000-square-foot, three-story clinic includes Urgent Care, Primary Care, X-ray and lab services.
