In June 2026, Skagit Regional Health officially began the construction on a new medical office building in Arlington, located near Cascade Valley Hospital. A partnership with Public Hospital District No. 3, Snohomish County, the new 30,000 square foot facility will include urgent care, family medicine, X-ray and lab services. We are excited to serve the growing needs of north Snohomish County through this venture.

Skagit Regional Health, in partnership with Public Hospital District No. 3, Snohomish County, marked a significant milestone on Monday, July 7, 2026 with the groundbreaking of the Arlington Medical Plaza, a strategic investment in expanding convenient access to high-quality, patient-centered care in Snohomish County. The ceremony took place at the future site on East Medical Center Drive and brought together organizational leaders, clinicians, project partners and community stakeholders.

Skagit Regional Health - Mount Vernon Surgery Center opened in December 2023. This 60,000-square-foot outpatient surgery center and medical office building is located on the Skagit Valley Hospital campus in Mount Vernon.
Skagit Regional Health - Station Square opened in January 2023. Located in downtown Mount Vernon this 30,000-square-foot, three-story clinic includes Urgent Care, Primary Care, X-ray and lab services.
