COVID-19 Vaccines
Skagit Regional Health offers COVID-19 vaccines and boosters to our patients through our primary care services. Please contact your primary care office to schedule your appointment today.
Important note: Anyone under the age of 18 must bring a parent or guardian to their vaccine appointment.
What to expect at your vaccine appointment
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
- Your appointment will last between 30 - 45 minutes.
- You will check in, fill out an acknowledgement form and have time to ask questions before your inoculation.
- Before you leave, make sure you know when your second dose is scheduled.
What to bring to your appointment
- Valid Identification
- Proof of insurance, if available
- Patients can be vaccinated if they do not have insurance
- Patients must bring proof of vaccination to their appointment if they have already received one or more doses.
