On My Way is an online tool that allows you to find the closest care to you, select the location that meets your needs, and reserve your spot.  

We don’t offer urgent care reservations by phone, however, you can use On My Way to reserve your spot and minimize your wait time in clinics. Walk-in patients are always welcome.

On My Way Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) 

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your reserved arrival time, your reserved spot may no longer be available. We will do our best to accommodate you with a new estimated wait time. 

Yes, possibly. Patients with more urgent needs are seen first. This means that someone who arrives after you may be seen sooner. We hope you understand the need to provide immediate care for people based on the severity of their illness or injury. Thank you for your patience and understanding. 

Yes. You’ll still check in with us when you arrive, but because your information is already in our system, On My Way shortens the check-in process. 

No. On My Way only lets you reserve a spot for today. 

No. You can only reserve a spot for one person at a time. To add another person, return to the initial screen and start a new reservation. 

You can use On My Way to let us know your plans have changed. 

On My Way simply allows you to reserve your spot to minimize your wait time in the clinic. Our goal is to see you within 15 minutes of your reserved spot. However, patients with more urgent needs are seen first, which may impact your wait time. 

Yes. Our secure online check-in platform is dedicated to protecting patient privacy. 

You’ll be asked to provide your first and last name, the time you'll arrive, the reason for your visit and a way for us to contact you by phone or email. 

No. While we encourage you to sign up for MyChart, you can still use On My Way to reserve your spot at an SRH Urgent Care clinic without a MyChart account. You’ll be asked to provide some basic information so we can prepare for your visit.   

No. Anyone can use On My Way to reserve a spot at an SRH Urgent Care clinic. 

Although we do not offer urgent care reservations by phone, you can always walk into an SRH urgent care clinic without a reservation. 

No. Walk-in patients are welcome at all our urgent care locations. The tool simply allows you to reserve your spot and minimize your wait time.
