Our team performs the following minimally-invasive procedures in the clinic or at Skagit Valley Hospital as outpatient procedures. Patients are able to return home immediately after their procedure. IV conscious sedation during procedures is available to help patients with anxiety and discomfort, even though most procedures are not painful.

  • Epidural Steroid Injections – Cervical, Thoracic, Lumbar, Caudal; Interlaminar & Transforaminal
  • Diagnostic Facet Joint Medial Branch Block (MBB) – Cervical, Thoracic, Lumbar
  • Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA) (aka Neurotomy or Rhizotomy) - Cervical, Thoracic, Lumbar
  • Sacroiliac Joint (SI) injections
  • Ultrasound-guided joints/bursas/tendons injections – knee (steroids and viscosupplementation), hip, shoulder, elbow, ankle, wrist (carpal tunnel)
  • Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS)
  • Peripheral Nerve Stimulation (PNS)
  • Diagnostic Genicular Nerves Block at the Knee
  • Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA) of the Genicular Nerves at the Knee

  • Peripheral Nerve Blocks – Ilioinguinal, Iliohypogastric, Lateral Femoral Cutaneous
  • Intercostal Nerve Block
