Skagit Regional Health’s partnership with the YMCA offers convenient access to physical therapy and sports rehabilitation in a state-of-the-art 1,600-square-foot clinic space. PT and sports rehab patients have use of YMCA equipment and facilities during their therapy sessions. The elevated running track provides the ideal venue for competitive athletes recovering from injury to complete timed runs and there is ample space for sport-specific training. The proximity to the pool allows for an aquatic therapy program, helping patients improve joint flexibility, muscle strength and balance.
