Patients who need Urgent Care services now have a new tool called On My Way that allows you to:  

• Find the closest Urgent Care location
• Tell the Urgent Care team you’re on your way
• Speed up your check-in

You can access On My Way through the Urgent Care pages of our website or through your MyChart account. While this is a function of MyChart, you can still use On My Way to reserve your spot at one of our Urgent Care clinics without a MyChart account.

After providing your name, contact info, arrival time and reason for your visit, you’ll be placed in a queue for Urgent Care treatment and provided with directions to the selected location.

Meanwhile, Urgent Care staff will receive notifications about when you are scheduled to arrive and match you to existing records when applicable, thus reducing front-desk congestion and creating a more convenient experience for you.
