Tree of Life - Family Birth Center

Tree of Life at FBC

The Tree of Life was created by the Skagit Regional Health Foundation as a unique opportunity for parents, grandparents and friends to honor the birth of a baby. A bronze, silver of gold leaf inscribed with the name and date of birth of your loved one can be part of the Tree of Life on display in the entry hallway to the Family Birth Centers at Skagit Valley Hospital.

  • Bronze Leaves $75 each
  • Silver Leaves $100 each
  • Gold Leaves $125 each

Leaves may be purchased online, or you may download the “Tree of Life” form in a PDF format and mail along with your payment to the: Skagit Regional Health Foundation P.O. Box 1376, Mount Vernon, WA 98273.
