Benefitting Skagit Regional Health's Family Birth Centers

The Skagit Valley Hospital Foundation’s 33rd annual Festival of Trees, supported by Title Sponsors Peoples Bank and Whidbey Coffee, returned to Downtown Mount Vernon and presented 48 large and tabletop-sized trees in storefront windows. More than $235,000 was raised through an online tree auction to benefit the Family Birth Centers at Skagit Valley Hospital in Mount Vernon and Cascade Valley Hospital in Arlington. 

The “Tree Stroll and Online Auction”, held November 4 through 28, was sponsored by Dwayne Lane’s Skagit Subaru and Heritage Bank respectively. Click on the links below to see the Trees and our generous Sponsors.

Festival of Trees Proceeds to Help Grow Family Birth Centers

Our thriving Birth Centers have helped welcome thousands of babies into the world! We need donor support to purchase additional and leading edge medical equipment to provide continued safety and comfort for patients during childbirth. 

Your attendance and purchases made at this year’s 33rd annual Festival of Trees will help procure the following equipment:

  • Newborn Warmers and Monitors
  • Patient Recliners for comfortable nursing
  • Fetal Monitors
  • Infant Security Systems
  • Halo Bassinets
  • Newborn Scales
  • Fetal Telemetry Unit
  • Ultrasound and Central Line System
