"I grew up in the beautiful state of West Virginia, where I discovered an early love for nature and science. I completed my bachelor’s degree in Biology at Wittenberg University in Ohio, followed by a bachelor’s degree in Nursing at Johns Hopkins University. I continued on to train and work as a pediatric nurse at Johns Hopkins Hospital before beginning a rewarding career as a travel nurse, caring for pediatric patients across many settings both in the United States and abroad. Inspired by these experiences, I chose to further my role in healthcare and went on to complete my master’s degree in Nursing at Drexel University in Philadelphia to become a board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner. I am dedicated to providing holistic and evidence-based care that centers on each unique patient and family.
I am so excited to join the team at Little Mountain Pediatrics and work with the children and families of Skagit Valley! Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in nature with my husband and our dog, as well as practicing yoga, reading and traveling to new places."
