Overview

Dr. Marchetti practices Dermatology at Skagit Regional Health. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Dermatology and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. Dr. Marchetti sees patients at Skagit Regional Clinics – Riverbend. Patients can make an appointment by contacting the clinic directly.

Prior to joining Skagit Regional Health in 2023, Dr. Marchetti spent ten years in academic medicine at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and served as the Clinical Director of the Dermatology Service. During this time, he was actively engaged in medical research. He published hundreds of articles on skin cancer, with topics ranging from skin imaging (dermoscopy, total body photography, confocal microscopy), artificial intelligence, decision analysis and predictive modeling. Dr. Marchetti was also actively involved in training and teaching medical students, residents and fellows, and was invited to lecture at national and international meetings. Dr. Marchetti is now excited to care for the dermatologic needs of patients who live in Skagit county and the surrounding communities and is passionate about achieving patient-centered care.
