Dr. Silvia Mancebo is a board-certified dermatologist specializing in skin cancer detection and general dermatology. She earned her medical degree from SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University in Brooklyn, NY, where she was inducted into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society for academic excellence.
During medical school, Dr. Mancebo completed a fellowship in cutaneous oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, gaining advanced training in the diagnosis and management of skin cancers. She went on to complete her internship year at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center before returning to SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University for her dermatology residency. Following residency, Dr. Mancebo served as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Dermatology at Weill Cornell Medical College in New York, New York prior to joining Skagit Regional Health.
Dr. Mancebo enjoys practicing general dermatology with a particular focus on early skin cancer detection, helping patients maintain healthy skin through thorough evaluations and personalized care. She has native fluency in Spanish and enjoys connecting with patients of all backgrounds. She sees patients at the Skagit Regional Clinics - Riverbend.
