Joshua Hawkins, MD, FACS, practices General Surgery at Skagit Regional Health. He obtained his BS in Biochemistry from the University of Washington and went to medical school at New York Medical College. Dr. Hawkins completed his internship and residency in General Surgery at Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle, WA. He is the former Chief of Surgery at Skagit Valley Hospital and is board certified. Dr. Hawkins sees patients at Skagit Regional Clinics - Mount Vernon.
