Yevgeniy “Eugene” Elikh, MD, is a Family Medicine physician at Skagit Regional Health, providing comprehensive care for patients of all ages, including prenatal, delivery and postpartum care. He values the opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients and their families, supporting them through every stage of life.
Dr. Elikh completed his Family Medicine Residency at Skagit Regional Health, where he later joined the faculty as a Core Faculty physician. In this role, he supervises and mentors residents in both the clinic and hospital settings. He is also actively involved in medical student education as a Clinical Faculty member with the University of Washington School of Medicine, the Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences and the Washington State University Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine. His teaching emphasizes clinical excellence, clear communication, and compassionate patient care.
Board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, Dr. Elikh is dedicated to providing evidence-based individualized care. He speaks fluent Russian and he welcomes patients who prefer to receive care in this language.
