Dr. Phoebe Domingo was born in Manila, Philippines and immigrated with her family to the United States as a child. She considers Seattle to be her hometown and is excited to continue her training in the Pacific Northwest. She received a Bachelor of Science in Molecular, Cellular, Developmental Biology from the University of Washington in Seattle and went on to obtain a Master of Public Health from George Washington University in DC. She graduated from medical school at Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences. As a child of physicians and sister of two intellectually disabled people, her interest in medicine and in caring for others emerged at an early age. Some of her medical interests include preventative care, OMT and public health. She is passionate about treating the person as a whole and fostering long-term relationships with her patients, and she hopes that her patients know her as their advocate and biggest cheerleader on their health journey. In her free time, Dr. Domingo enjoys creative writing, sound design, learning how to cook Filipino food and spending time with her loved ones.
