Family Medicine practice joins Skagit Regional Clinics
Mount Vernon, WA – Skagit Regional Clinics is pleased to welcome Dr. Jennifer Benson and Erin Collins, ARNP who join the organization on April 24, 2017. These providers will remain in their current clinic location at 110 N. LaVenture Road in Mount Vernon. The site will now be called Skagit Regional Clinics – Benson Family Medicine.
Appointments will continue to be offered 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
“We know how important it is for our community to have access to high quality primary care, which is one reason that we are so pleased to add the experienced providers of Benson Medical Group to the Skagit Regional Health team,” said Ben Gunn, Administrator of Clinic Operations for Skagit Regional Clinics.
Dr. Jennifer Benson received her medical degree at the University of Washington School of Medicine and completed her residency at Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia. She has practiced in Mount Vernon since 2005.
Erin Collins, ARNP began working with Dr. Benson in 2013 after working for several years with Sea Mar Community Health Center in Mount Vernon. She earned a bachelor’s degree in biological sciences at the University of California, Davis and graduated from Samuel Merritt University in Oakland, California with a Masters as a Nurse Practitioner.
