Insurance Coverage

We cannot accept insurance for virtual visits. However, you may check with your insurance carrier to determine whether your visit fee can be applied to your deductible.

Medical Expense Reimbursement

Typically, the virtual visit fee is a qualified expense for a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Health Savings Account (HSA) or Health Reimbursement Account (HRA). Please check with your insurance plan for reimbursement of the visit fee.

Due to regulatory restrictions, we are prohibited from providing a virtual visit to individuals covered under a federal insurance program.
