The Rose Award recipient for May 2025 is Gustavo Deleon from the Emergency Department at Skagit Valley Hospital.

Gustavo was nominated by a peer for being an exceptional teammate who consistently goes above and beyond to support patients and his team with skill and heart. In a recent critical trauma case, he calmly led through the chaos, anticipating the ER physician’s needs and helping to ensure the best possible outcome for the patient.
