The Rose Award is a peer-to-peer staff award focused on service excellence. One Rose is awarded monthly, system-wide. It provides an opportunity to highlight excellence in our organization, inclusive of all roles. Each nomination is carefully reviewed for the voting process, selecting the stories that shine a light on team members going beyond the expectations of their job role, leaving lasting impressions on our patients, colleagues and community.

The Rose Award recipient for October 2024 is Diane Martinez from Clinical Services Training.

Diane was nominated for this award in recognition of her remarkable support for those in training. As a Medical Assistant Training Specialist, she takes time to teach trainees thoroughly and follow up with those she works with to ensure understanding. She is known for her passion for helping people and truly cares about the people she works with.
