Skagit Regional Health Daisy Award - September 2024

This award is presented to nurses who have been nominated as an outstanding role model for their clinical skill and for providing compassionate care.

  • Excellent educator of patients and their families.
  • Generates enthusiasm and energy towards meeting the challenges of nursing.

A patient nominated Desire for the great care she and her daughter experienced during their visit. Desire made sure they felt safe and comfortable, checked in regularly and took the extra time to help them to read their test results.
