The Rose Award is a peer-to-peer staff award focused on service excellence. One Rose is awarded monthly, system-wide. It provides an opportunity to highlight excellence in our organization, inclusive of all roles. Each nomination is carefully reviewed for the voting process, selecting the stories that shine a light on team members going beyond the expectations of their job role, leaving lasting impressions on our patients, colleagues and community.

The Rose Award recipient for July 2024 is Jacob Baldwin from Anesthesia.

Jacob was nominated for his diligent work in supporting various departments in the hospital and for being an essential component in many emergent surgical cases while maintaining a positive attitude and calm demeanor.
