Launched in 2022, the Rose Award is a peer-to-peer staff award focused on service excellence. One Rose is awarded monthly, system-wide. It provides an opportunity to highlight excellence in our organization, inclusive of all roles. The award seeks to shine a light on team members going beyond the expectations of their job role, leaving lasting impressions on our patients, colleagues and community.
