The Rose Award is a peer-to-peer staff award focused on service excellence. One Rose is awarded monthly, system-wide. It provides an opportunity to highlight excellence in our organization, inclusive of all roles. Each nomination is carefully reviewed for the voting process, selecting the stories that shine a light on team members going beyond the expectations of their job role, leaving lasting impressions on our patients, colleagues and community.

The Rose Award recipient for March 2024 is Cate Wyatt from the Information Services department.

Cate was nominated by three of her peers for her commitment to serving staff with a positive attitude every day, allowing providers, nurses and staff to “focus more on the patient and less on the computer.”
