The Rose Award is a peer-to-peer staff award focused on service excellence. One Rose is awarded monthly, system-wide. It provides an opportunity to highlight excellence in our organization, inclusive of all roles. Each nomination is carefully reviewed for the voting process, selecting the stories that shine a light on team members going beyond the expectations of their job role, leaving lasting impressions on our patients, colleagues and community.

The Rose Award recipient for November 2023 is Cheri Cloo from Progressive and Critical Care (PCC) at Skagit Valley Hospital.

Cheri was nominated for the passion she has for her work, her valuable knowledge in monitoring heart rhythms and respiratory statuses and the dedication she has shown to her patients and staff over the last 30 years.
