The Rose Award is a peer-to-peer staff award focused on service excellence. One Rose is awarded monthly, system-wide. It provides an opportunity to highlight excellence in our organization, inclusive of all roles. Each nomination is carefully reviewed for the voting process, selecting the stories that shine a light on team members going beyond the expectations of their job role, leaving lasting impressions on our patients, colleagues and community.

The Rose Award recipient for April 2023 is Atley Martin from Radiology.

Atley was nominated for his positive attitude, kindness and going above and beyond with patients. A colleague nominated him and stated, “I cannot think of a more deserving person for this award than Atley.”
