Rose Award: New Peer-to-Peer Award

The Rose Award is a new peer-to-peer staff award focused on service excellence. Our first Rose Award recipient is Melissa Haun, RN, BSN, OCN from Oncology.

Rose AwardThe Rose Award is a new peer-to-peer staff award focused on service excellence. One Rose is awarded monthly, system-wide. It provides an opportunity to highlight excellence in our organization, inclusive of all roles. The award seeks to shine a light on team members going beyond the expectations of their job role, leaving lasting impressions on our patients, colleagues and community.

Our first Rose Award recipient is Melissa Haun, RN, BSN, OCN from Oncology. Melissa was nominated for this award because of the time she takes to go above and beyond expectations by consistently supporting her co-workers with friendliness and respect, advocating for her patients and maintaining a sense of calm in a busy workplace.
