The Skagit Wellness Advisory Team (SWAT) thanks all who participated in the 44th annual Mount Vernon Fowl Fun Run on November 12, 2022! SRH had an impressive 68 employees register for Team Skagit and were easy to spot in our Atomic Blue Be Well shirts! Added thanks to Jon Ruff, PA-C from Orthopedics and Sports Medicine and Kaitlyn Ambrose from Physical Therapy who led Team Skagit in a pre-race stretch.

This annual event is organized by the Skagit Runners Club with proceeds going to sponsor local youth activities. 

The weather was beautiful, enthusiasm was high and there was pumpkin pie for all after the race!
