On a recent warm spring day, a small group of co-workers gathered to commemorate a beautiful dogwood tree planted in memory of long-time Skagit Regional Clinics employee Leslie Crawford.
During her tenure, Leslie worked as a medical receptionist for multiple clinical departments. Her clinic coworkers spoke of Leslie’s bright smile and warm hospitality that touched the lives of both her patients and co-workers. To honor their dear coworker, Leslie’s fellow staff members worked with the Skagit Valley Hospital Foundation and donated memorial funds to purchase the pink dogwood and a tree charm dedication marker. The tree is planted in the parking strip on the south side of the Maynard L. Johnson Wing of Skagit Regional Clinics - Mount Vernon for all to enjoy
