Vaccine Wait List Update: Wait list upgraded to allow self-scheduling

Skagit Regional Health has upgraded our wait list to allow self-scheduling online.

The Skagit Regional Health COVID-19 Vaccine Team recently implemented an upgraded wait list system for vaccine appointments.

Screen shot of MyChart schedule pageThis upgrade allows for self-scheduling through an invitation-only email when vaccine appointments become available. If you are currently phase-eligible and want to receive a COVID-19 vaccine, we encourage you to join our wait list

Here’s how it works:

  • Sign up for our wait list by clicking here!
  • Complete the form by entering the required information. This will enroll you in the COVID-19 vaccine appointment waitlist.
  • Once an appointment becomes available you will receive an email with a one-time use link to schedule your appointment. Please note – this email cannot be forwarded and expires after five days.
  • The COVID-19 vaccine scheduling site will allow you to choose a preferred location, date and time.
  • Screen shot of COVID-19 vaccine schedulingOnce you have chosen a location, date and time, you will need to confirm your identity by providing your date of birth and using the reCAPTCHA prompt.
  • Complete all required demographic information and choose the schedule button to complete the scheduling process.
  • You will receive an email confirmation for your appointment.

Those who joined our wait list before this upgrade will receive an email invite next week (March 15-19) to schedule through this new platform. Please be on the lookout!

Your appointment will last between 30 – 45 minutes. Don’t forget valid identification and proof of insurance if available. For what to expect during your appointment click here.
