Vaccine Wait List Update: We need your help!

Mar 5, 2021, 16:42 PM
Vaccine waitlist - we need your help removing those who have already been vaccinated.

UPDATE - March 12, 2021: Thank you for all who have responded to our efforts! We have transitioned to a new, upgraded wait list that will allow self-scheduling. All of those who have signed up for the wait list prior to the upgrade will be contacted next week (March 15-19) to transition to the new platform. For more information, click here.

With new vaccine locations opening daily, we are excited to hear that many people on our COVID-19 vaccine waitlist have already received their vaccine. This is wonderful news; not only for our communities but for the people who still reside on our waitlist!

However – that means we have a significant number of people on our COVID-19 vaccine waitlist who are no longer waiting. In order to focus our limited scheduling resources on individuals still needing a COVID-19 vaccine, we urgently request people respond to confirm if they wish to remain on the waitlist or remove themselves from the waitlist through the following channels:

  • Cancel your waitlist spot through this online form. (This link has been removed)
  • We sent text messages to cell phone numbers on the waitlist, asking if they would like to remain on the list or be removed. Check to see if you received a text message from +1 (833) 213-2914 and reply YES to remain on the waitlist or NO to be removed.
  • Next week, we will call individuals on our waitlist who did not respond to our text inquiry. This will be a pre-recorded message asking if you would like to remain on the waitlist or be removed. This call will also come from +1 (833) 213-2914.

We need you to take action! By responding to our text or call, or by removing yourself through our online form(this link as been removed), our limited scheduling resources can remain focused on scheduling potentially life-saving vaccine to those who are patiently waiting to be vaccinated.

Thank you for helping us achieve herd immunity!
