Giving to the Foundation

Making a Donation

All gifts to the Foundation are tax-deductible and can be made in memory or honor of a loved one. Donors may restrict use of the gift and direct a donation to a specific fund, as noted below.

You can donate online, or you can download donation form in PDF format and mail to us with cash, a check or credit card, or give us a call at 360-248-2140.

For more information about making a gift, contact:

Directing Your Gift

You may want to contribute to the Skagit Regional Health Foundation because you have an interest in supporting a particular program, or because you want to help support outstanding, patient-centered programs at Skagit Regional Health. Because everyone has different interests, you have the options in directing your gift.

Unrestricted gifts give us the most flexibility to meet the needs of our patients. Restricted gifts are designated for a particular department or purpose within the hospital.

Endowments

Some donors choose to create an endowment. This is a permanent fund, created with a gift of $10,000 or more, and usually named in honor of the donor. The principal remains invested, while the income generated by the endowment is used to support specific programs or needs of the hospital.

Recognition Wall

The Skagit Regional Health Foundation proudly recognizes its many generous supporters by adding their personal, business or family name to its beautiful recognition wall located inside Skagit Valley Hospital.

Donors giving a one-time gift or accumulative gifts of $500 or more are recognized. The wall recognizing the Foundation's generous supporters is updated on an annual basis. Our recognition wall is located in the main corridor of Skagit Valley Hospital.
