Have a Heart for Kids
The Skagit Valley Hospital Foundation’s annual "Have a Heart for Kids" dinner, to support Skagit Regional Health's Children's Therapy Program, is held in late February at Il Granaio Italian Restaurant in Mount Vernon.
Skagit Regional Health's Children's Therapy program is a clinically-based, family-focused program providing one-on-one and small group physical, occupational and speech-language therapy to children with special needs. Services include family education and home programs.
The Skagit Valley Hospital Foundation Board of Trustees and staff are grateful to our host and dinner sponsor Alberto Candivi (shown left), chef/owner of Il Granaio, who for 16 years has championed this fund-raising event to support kids. Special thanks to event sponsors - Kiwanis Skagit Mount Vernon Club, Skagit Valley Mobile Manor, Rouw Farmers Insurance, Richard and Jaynie Roozen and our dinner guests who, through their generosity, help enable the program to achieve successful outcomes for our youngest patients.
