Record setting year for the Skagit Valley Hospital Foundation’s 31st Festival of Trees

The Skagit Valley Hospital Foundation’s 31st annual Festival of Trees raised more than $382,000 during Thanksgiving weekend. This year’s event set another fund-raising record since the event’s inception in 1989. Proceeds will support the Foundation’s $2 million Women’s Imaging Center Capital Campaign.

Attendees at 2019 Festival of Trees GalaWe are so very thankful to the community for their support of the event and ultimately, for their support of Skagit Regional Health,” said Linda Frizzell, executive director of the Skagit Valley Hospital Foundation.

The Saturday gala was attended by more than 600 guests and featured the live auction of two dozen lavishly decorated Christmas trees and a variety of live auction packages, “pink” kayak raffle, tree raffle, designer wreaths and mini tabletop trees.
