Vaccine appointments are available five days a week at Skagit Regional Health - Smokey Point in the Family Medicine department for those 5 years of age and older.

First Dose

Schedule your first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. Please note Pfizer is the only COVID-19 vaccine approved for those under 18. If you are under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must accompany you to your appointment.

Second Dose (5 - 11)

Schedule your second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine for those 5 - 11 years of age. Please note Pfizer is the only COVID-19 vaccine approved for those under 18. If you are under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must accompany you to your appointment.

Second Dose (12+)

Schedule your second dose of Moderna or Pfizer. The recommended interval between doses is 21 days for Pfizer and 28 days for Moderna. However, up to 42 days between doses is permissible when a delay is unavoidable.

Third Dose (Immunocompromised 12+)

Schedule your third dose of Moderna or Pfizer if you are immunocompromised and are 12 years of age or older. There must be a minimum of 28 days between your second and third dose.

Booster Dose (12+)

Schedule your booster COVID-19 vaccines. Booster doses are only available for patients who have completed their primary COVID-19 vaccine. Frist boosters are available for those 12 years of age and older. Second boosters are available to those 50+ or immunocompromised. Those 12 - 17 and immunocompromised may receive a second Pfizer booster. Pfizer is the only COVID-19 vaccine approved for those under 18.
