Is the patient experiencing any of the following symptoms: fever, cough, shortness of breath, runny nose, sore throat, severe headaches, loss of taste or smell, chills in the absence of fever, vomiting, diarrhea, muscle pain, or new fatigue?
Appointment Cannot Be Scheduled. Please discuss symptoms with a primary care doctor to determine when it would be appropriate to get the vaccine.
If you are under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must accompany you to your appointment.
