Cooking and Nutrition: Slow Cooker and Instant Pot Fall Favorites

Fall is a busy time of year and is a great season to dust off your slow cooker or Instant Pot and put them to good use. In this cooking demonstration for adults, participants will learn some best practices for slow cookers and Instant Pots and how to cook healthy, delicious meals.
