Acute Respiratory Clinic

ARC - Mount VernonSkagit Regional Health has opened an Acute Respiratory Clinic located at 120 S. 13th Street in Mount Vernon. This clinic offers care for COVID-19 and flu symptoms seven days a week. COVID-19 assessments and testing are also available at Skagit Regional Clinics - Urgent Care Smokey Point.

If you are concerned that you may have COVID-19, visit the Acute Respiratory Clinic or Urgent Care Smokey Point for an assessment by a healthcare professional. No appointments are needed.

  • Patients seeking care at the Acute Respiratory Clinic will enter on the west side of the building off of 13th Street, just north of Skagit Valley Hospital
  • Patients seeking care at Smokey Point will be screened as they enter the main doors. Please make reception staff aware that you are concerned about COVID-19 symptoms when you check into Urgent Care.

All patients must wear face coverings at all times.

If you have a life threatening illness, injury or urgent health condition, you should seek care right away by calling 911 or visiting the nearest Emergency Room.

Pre-Procedure Screening

Pre-Procedure COVID-19 screening is performed in your vehicle at both the Acute Respiratory Clinic and Urgent Care Smokey Point locations.

  • For patients screening in Mount Vernon, please park on the east side of the building facing Hospital Parkway. Remain in your vehicle and call 360-814-7810. Click here for a detailed map of the campus. 
  • For patients screening at Urgent Care Smokey Point, please park and remain in your vehicle. Call 360-428-6434 when you arrive.
