Congratulations to Rose Award recipient, Marcella "Marci" Wurzauf, RN

The Rose Award is a peer-to-peer staff award focused on service excellence. One Rose is awarded monthly, system-wide. It provides an opportunity to highlight excellence in our organization, inclusive of all roles. Each nomination is carefully reviewed for the voting process, selecting the stories that shine a light on team members going beyond the expectations of their job role, leaving lasting impressions on our patients, colleagues and community.
The Rose Award recipient for July 2023 is Marcella “Marci” Wurzauf, RN.
Marci was nominated for being attentive, empathetic, patient and compassionate whenever she assists with complaints from patients and family members.
